Hello Ladies!

No Run Tonight (11/28/17)!

We will be running on Thursday Morning at 7am!

From 3 to 10!!

Ladies, boy is God moving in this group!  Just wanted to encourage you amazing ladies!  Don't ever set limits on yourself!  All these beautiful ladies did not wake up one day and say hey I think I can run a 5K today...no they trained and surrounded themselves with encouragement to prepare!  Don't ever put limits on yourself!  If you have a goal - you will achieve it!  It will take hard work, sometimes positive criticism, surrounding yourself with the right friendships, motivation, prayer and seeking God to give you the ability to have the right mind set! 

These amazing ladies have worked hard, listened, placed themselves in a positive atmosphere, have had positive motivation and daily seek Him.  They didn't just wake up at their goal - they kick butt working for it! 

Don't ever set limitation on yourself!  God made you strong and you are so much stronger than you think!!  You are amazing and you got this!! 

Seasons Changing!

Well it has been awhile!  Life sure does get busy!  I hope everyone has been pushing through the excuses and ignoring those silly voices in your head!  Always remember the reason WHY you do what you do! 

I am sitting here trying to figure out what to type and I am not going to lie...its a bit hard today.  I have a couple of things running through my mind and I just can't seem to type a complete sentence.  So here it is...

Ladies, keep your relationship with God close to your heart and you must must must fight these temptations that satan is placing all around you!  Living in this world - sin all around us - is so very hard!  Our faith can be twisted overnight!  So get in the Word, surround yourself with your Heavenly Father, loving friendships, stay connected to your Heavenly Father and know, always know, that you are loved and desired by your Heavenly Father! 

So where ever you are today, know that you are so not alone!  My heart is heavy for you beautiful ladies to know this!  There is nothing in life that is more valuable that your Heavenly Father!  AND there is nothing in your life that can ever turn your Heavenly Father's love away!  NOTHING!!!  You are loved, period!

For God has not given us the spirit of fear or timidity, but of power and love and self discipline

II Timothy 1:7

 

Monday

Mondays are the hardest day to get motivated!  Your chances of a "you got this attitude" with your runs, eating, work habits, and overall demeanor increases when you get your workout in on a Monday.  Mondays set the pace for your whole week...what is your pace going to be this week? 

I know I have said this before!! But it is so needed!!

 

If you are struggling with the why, try to refocus on why you started!  Keep in mind at some point you had amazing motivation to do what you started.  Don't worry either, we all get tired!  One way to keep staying in it...great support system!  What do your friendship bring for you..do they uplift, encourage, push you, support you, correct you!  If your friendships to do not bring you these things, seek God and prayer for him to help provide them or bring in new ones!  Remember every that every friendship God places in your life, will meet different needs within you!! 

You are a beautiful women who can do anything with God first in your life and girls friends who will run with ya through the ups and downs and in the rain and snow!  Value what God provides, He knows just what you need!
