Monday




Mondays are the hardest day to get motivated!  Your chances of a "you got this attitude" with your runs, eating, work habits, and overall demeanor increases when you get your workout in on a Monday.  Mondays set the pace for your whole week...what is your pace going to be this week?

I know I have said this before!! But it is so needed!!


 

If you are struggling with the why, try to refocus on why you started!  Keep in mind at some point you had amazing motivation to do what you started.  Don't worry either, we all get tired!  One way to keep staying in it...great support system!  What do your friendship bring for you..do they uplift, encourage, push you, support you, correct you!  If your friendships to do not bring you these things, seek God and prayer for him to help provide them or bring in new ones!  Remember every that every friendship God places in your life, will meet different needs within you!! 

You are a beautiful women who can do anything with God first in your life and girls friends who will run with ya through the ups and downs and in the rain and snow!  Value what God provides, He knows just what you need!
